When Pacific Steel approached me, their goal was clear: produce a compelling brand video that captured their values and could be used to inspire future employees while reinforcing their unique ownership model.

The Goal
Develop a long-format brand video to support employee recruitment and highlight Pacific Steel’s employee-owned culture across multiple locations.
The Solution
After months of coordination and filming across three states, we created a cinematic brand video titled "Creating a Culture of Ownership." With over 100 hours of raw footage, the final edit tells a cohesive, emotional, and honest story about what it means to work at Pacific Steel. The video balances authenticity with polish, blending candid employee interviews with sweeping visuals of their day-to-day operations. It now serves as a centerpiece for recruitment and internal culture alignment.
